How long are people going to whine about Bloch, the SLI & who bought who? Get over it already. There's absolutely ZILTCH anyone can do about it. If it's that bad, then quit. This was not a integration based soley on longevity, it was based on many other things. The ALPA "merger policy" doesn't mean squat - it was an arbitrated decision.

What's funny is if you look at the PNCL stock price from the Colgan purchase until 6 months after the Mesaba purchase. Now ask yourself what what really was brought to the table. This might be a stretch for you Riddle super-pilots with your worthless Professional Pilot degree, but for those with actual educations it might make sense.

Some of the displaced guys could have help Q400 CA, but their bid card preferred Jet FO. Go figure.

Gotta fly that jet.

I'm looking forward to the stories from FO's that will have more time in the crj than the CA's total time. Don't make the FO take the controls from you.

Apparently that is being questioned as to why it is that way and why people cannot bid right away.

They did bid to the "Q". The last person able to hold a alternate space was a displaced captain from 11/08.

Very bold statement there. You know what they say about "assume".....

And if you are one of those super-pilot SJS jet jockey stud FOs, I'm really envious of all your SIC time...

I'm looking forward to hearing those stories when I fly with those FO's. Need more clarification?

I wouldn't get too ahead of yourself. A buddy of mine at Colgan is going from Saab CA to 200 CA. (for the commute) He has roughly 4300TT. Not that 4300 is a major amount, but do you have a lot of FOs with that much time in type?
