I've never had Delta pass benefits but I'll give it to you straight: I have both CO/UA bennies but for now they are separate (supposed to be all one in March). Listing on coair.com is easiest. No fee for listing on domestic flights on coair but you have to pay tax on the international stuff. My hire date shows on my listing and I am an SA4C. This generally puts me on average around the middle to top 3rd on the standby list. The UA bennies are not as good (but I've heard the Continental "employee res" system will carry over when they combine everything, we shall see). Most ALL United Express carriers share the same level of benefits, all based around DOH on the standby list. Both CO/UA have service charges for first/business class. Domestic companion passes run about $60 per segment (I tell friends/extended family to buy a ticket on SWA and get a confirmed seat without having to connect if they want one: e.g. MKE-ORD-MCI is $240 roundtrip). That's about it.

Overall the pass benefits suck... I just use fedex when I need to travel.

double check that. they fixed mine and my board date is my date of hire.

Sorry, I do not know much about Colgan travel benefits. But from what I hear, Delta's $50 benefits are actually good in terms of what you get. I know AA charges Eagle guys a fee for every flight for 5 years before they come free.
Do u have any comprehension on how travel benefits work? FO or CA doesn't make a difference or were u trying to make a stupid jab?

Thought so

Man thanks a lot for the information guys. I couldn't find that anywhere. I'm not going to make a decision to transfer based off of nonrev benefits, however, as a commuter they do play a role in QOL points. That is, of coarse, if I can ever hold it. (FO).

SA4C, where is that in the grand scheme of things? I'm assuming that it is the equivelant to S3C to Delta. Do you get any boost in priority on your own flight? Like Delta we at least are equal w/ mainline on our own flights.

Delta:

S2: X amount given to mainline employees to use to up their priority.
S3: Mainline employees and Connection employees on their own flights
S3C: Connection employees
S4: Buddy Passes (Connection parents are at the bottom of S4, below buddy passes)

Yes, on our own metal we are listed higher: as an SA4A on the Q, and an SA3P on the Saab.
