Republic cert will hire and that's from a pilot that interviewed with the company this week?

How old are you ? 5? Are you that naive to think that interviewing people are going to tell you ' This place sucks, people are fed up, pilots/schedulers/mechanics/ all employees are overworked and underpaid'..
