I too don't have to see the TA to know I am voting NO. It will be taking money out of my pocket and lessen my quality of life. I refuse to allow management to put more downward pressure on this industry. A guranteed number at Delta or a very generous flight benefit package are the only two things that could change my mind.

Time and again companies have tried to wiggle out of so called "flow" arrangements, very rarely do they even attempt to honor these agreements.
The only exception is if the language contains a consequence for not honoring the agreement. Make sure you get that.

That can change at any minute, but don't count on that to assist in attrition.

Im referring to any hiring thats going on. Usair, spirit and other regional like airlines or international. We have gone from 3000 to under 2400 in less than a year. However depending on whats in the TA some may stay longer.

So they have no intention of hiring, but maybe they'll do some flowing.
Hmmmm - spread the rumour. (Sic)

When the last furlough bypass recalls go out, that will be the sign things are about to move.

True... but the TA is worded to make people think that the flow will prevent furloughs.
