I have a clue. Nor would I vote yes to a concessionary contract. Thanks for your tool evaluation. You're right, a lot know me. Which means I have nothing to hide when I post. YOU on the other hand continue to hide behind an anonymous screen name (as do most others here). Why don't you put a name to your screen name. Btw, with access to a Delta pilot seniority list, hired in the 2010 cycle, narrowing it down by NYCERB, and known Mesaba flowthrough pilot names, how hard do you think it would be to find out your identity?

And aren't you causing some butthurt to others on the Delta GED thread?

You're correct. You would vote against union representation and remain a Koolaid drinker at your lcc airline. You would never have a choice to vote yes or no.

I haven't had the chance to vote yes/no on union representation yet, because it never got to that point. Koolaid drinker? Hardly.

Besides, union representation at the regional level, what good has it done? Look at 9E's story. Then look at perhaps arguably the best run (and paid) regional airline in the country, Skywest. They are non-union, and look where they are today despite the industry struggles. A union at the regional level has virtually zero leverage, because they are doing contract feed, and it can be given away to the lowest bidder. In negotiations, you fight and gain with leverage. Without leverage, there's nothing to fight with.

I could care less if you know who I am. I'm not the one who is being a classless jacka$$ as you continue with your non stop condescending garbage that you spew towards your former pilot group. You should really do yourself a big favor and go drink some S.T.#.U.

Did you sneak into St George and take some of our Kool Aid stash? If so, you should really mix the grape and red together. Yum!

No, but the couple SKY pilots I know seem a lot happier than I was at my regional. I have no idea how things are except from APC's profile page and the rare talk with Skywest pilots.

Looking at the FO pay scale at VA I wouldn't say you have helped out the industry out to much yourself ShyGuy. I predict PCL lasts longer than VA.

Condescending? Absolutely not. Condescending would be like others here who are posting that they will DENY jumpseats to 9E pilots. That's condescending. Despite what you think, I'm not the enemy. I'm actually helping a good friend of mine a 9E pilot with a company I have former ties with, and if things work out, he'll be exiting the airline industry. I also have several in line to help out writing LORs at the current employer when they start hiring. I believe in helping each other out in times of need.

I don't work at VA. Delta bought 49% of VA, and I don't think VA is going anywhere. They have a widebody fleet out of LHR flying to all corners of the world and do so with class/great service. At VX, going by payscale alone, FO pay is on par with FO payscale at Allegiant, Spirit, and Frontier. VX will be around as long as Branson wants it to be around. It's all up to him.
