As far as jumpseat denials, I won't deny anyone that doesn't display an attitude of entitlement, a general poor attitude or treat the Gate Agents like crap (all of which have occurred).
You also need to remember that IBT National and 357 are currently suing Frontier and, on the outside chance IBT prevails, it would negatively impact all Frontier pilot's lives and possibly their careers. Contrary to reports, the suit is still quite active, with both sides making numerous Motions (the vast majority of which are publicly available).
IBT also demanded that F9 disband their Merger Committee, while funding the MEA pilot's arbitration, demanded all of FAPA funds, stole 1,200 hours a year of Flight Pay Loss and are still holding it hostage.
That FPL would have come in handy as opposed to running the contingency fund into the red to the tune of $100,000 while paying $635,000 on FPL to CHQ.
Not the best environment for a positive jumpseat experience.
