Actually it never stopped. Over half I interviewed with were told "thanks, but no thanks", so they're not just hiring anyone with a pulse. Classes are running every 2 weeks.

Emerging from BK this fall, Eagle is a fairly attractive place to be for a new hire. New aircraft or not, we have an 8 year contract, and are wholly owned.

As far as the regional game goes, there are much worse places to be.

Oh, our accident record is what it is because we fly in challenging conditions, all over the world, AT NIGHT.
Wow, a FedEx pilot dropping trou with the minor leaguers, impressive.

Fly an approach in hard IFR to Almaty in the middle of the night in horrible weather and turbulence in a heavy jet that has an approach speed north of 170kts and get back to me.

Wasn't that a pilot well out of her league, getting a re-check on the airplane in some sort of competency review?
