Looks to me this is the company saying they don't want lifers...... Top out at $87 after 12 years might do such. I wonder how long until skywest etc start to push for the same...... If AE does such this could get ugly fast across the board.

After reading that I still cant make since of what the new pay rates are and when they become effective.

Yes this is a direct result of pinnacle and now the buck is passed onto us. Will we cave or will we stand? I hope that we can say 'no'! Realize you may have a job by saying yes but also realize what your yes vote will mean for the future of this industry. Minimum waged button pushers. I hope the 100,000 education was worth it.

Did they just copy and paste pinnacle's contract? This is more of an unfortunate situation considering at least pinnacle was negotiating from a threat of BK and/or shutting down. AE is and will continue to be profitable but they just keep asking for more and more. When do you finally say enough is enough?
