The Eagle FM-1 is incorrect in many areas of the 117 rules, it seems someone either took the liberty to add language that made it less restrictive or they made many mistakes.
Example it's the extension language where it say PIC and certificate holder but the company wrote PIC and/or the certificate holder, that or makes a huge difference. Also I have yet to find where it says that a DH at the end isn't part of FDP.

That goes to tell you that AE management doesn't have any type of respect and feel that they can do as they see fit. They violate the contract on a daily basis and they write the FAR in the manual as they see fit and modify the FAR.

Thank you,
How about this. Tomorrow I report at 6am pacific, I will have been on rest on pacific time for 31 hrs. Im based ord, so the way I see it im still acclimated to central, but if it was 36 hrs, I would have been acclimated to the west coast? I know this is the argument above but im wondering.

Deadhead transportation means transportation of a flightcrew member as a passenger or non-operating flightcrew member, by any mode of transportation, as required by a certificate holder, excluding transportation to or from a suitable accommodation. All time spent in deadhead transportation is duty and is not rest. For purposes of determining the maximum flight duty period in Table B of this part, deadhead transportation is not considered a flight segment.
