Yes, unless your contract is more restrictive.

The Eagle FM-1 is incorrect in many areas of the 117 rules, it seems someone either took the liberty to add language that made it less restrictive or they made many mistakes.

Example it's the extension language where it say PIC and certificate holder but the company wrote PIC and/or the certificate holder, that or makes a huge difference. Also I have yet to find where it says that a DH at the end isn't part of FDP.

I saw that, that's why I have so many questions. Our fm-1 is trying to rewrite law

That goes to tell you that AE management doesn't have any type of respect and feel that they can do as they see fit. They violate the contract on a daily basis and they write the FAR in the manual as they see fit and modify the FAR.

They can deadhead you around all they want at the end of your FDP as long as you don't fly afterwards. If your DH exceeds your FDP limit, those hours are tacked on to the 10 hours of rest.

ORD and LAX/SFO are within 60 degrees of each other.

Deadhead transportation means transportation of a flightcrew member as a passenger or non-operating flightcrew member, by any mode of transportation, as required by a certificate holder, excluding transportation to or from a suitable accommodation. All time spent in deadhead transportation is duty and is not rest. For purposes of determining the maximum flight duty period in Table B of this part, deadhead transportation is not considered a flight segment.
