For accuracy, The most junior captain is an 11/2012 hire. The most junior pilot in the 11/2013 upgrade class was hired 01/2012. This should indicate that the natural upgrade time is currently sitting at just under 2 years.

I have been searching online and can't find anything about job fairs, but I keep hearing rumors they will be in Sacramento.

Can anyone speak to this?

We have reviewed your application on Airline Apps and would like to invite you to interview with us! If you are interested, we will be in the following cities:

October 1st and 2nd Phoenix, AZ

October 8th Orlando, FL

October 10th Daytona Beach, FL

October 11th West Palm Beach, FL

October 13th Raleigh, NC

October 15th Dallas, TX

October 15th Washington, DC (IAD)

October 17th Denver, CO

October 19th Las Vegas, NV

October 22nd Sacramento, CA

October 29th and 30th **** St Louis (headquarters)****

Please let us know if any of these locations work for you. Once we get a response back, we will give you the location and the necessary paperwork that you will need to fill out and bring with you to the interview. GoJet Airlines does not pay airfare for you to fly to any of these places except ** St Louis.** This is for a First Officer position only. We are not hiring street Captains at this time.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Sincerely,
-GoJet Pilot Recruiter and the GoJet Recruiting Team

They are only "visiting" these cities this month. Didn't say anything specific about a job fair......but possible! And as WMU05 stated, you have to be offered an invite to interview first before you get to choose which city and what date.

If you can catch the recruiters at the hotel bar, you're pretty much guaranteed the job. Skip the trip to St.louis. It wouldn't hurt to pick up the tab either. What they usually do is qualify you at the job fair, and then conduct interviews in St.Louis or if your lucky enough to live in a city where their associated flight schools are located,(NAA or Aerosim) you will have a much more pleasurable experience. Good Luck.

Pick up the bar tab to get a job? All I can say is wow...

Shouldn't THEY pay YOUR tab? I guess if you go work here, get used to paying to play...

We who live in Louisiana are very familiar with this concept.
