There is no way...NO WAY that ALPA puts out this video if there is no truth in some of the accusations being made against them. Historically political organizations including unions don't respond to "no confidence" movements without at least some elements driving such being true. Plausible deniability is their game..poor ALPA.

The question is will the pilots at regionals fall for their feeble attempt to make it look like they are concerned about regional pilots ?
They're saps if they do. Moak's letter to Eagle pilots months ago is more truthful about where they stand than this smoke job. Now that several regionals pilot groups have abandoned the interests of national and made them essentially irrelevant to their chums in airline management, they have to go to a full-court press to try and reel the regional pilots back in. If the new Envoy pilots shoot down their ALPA contrived garbage agreement, it will make it a clean sweep.

And that's why you fail. Not the RLA, the unwillingness to do what it takes. Do you think the first workers ever to unionize weren't threatened with going to jail and worse? And some of these things did happen due to the chaos back then, but that's what it took to get them decent working conditions. They didn't just meet one day and shake hands and end up with livable conditions and wages...

Unions only care about keeping the Union going and collecting dues. They sit in so called negotiations knowing they have little to no power. Then pass crap contracts down saying they did their best blah blah blah. Then, pretend to go through the motions expecting that pilots (who typically are of above average intelligence) won't figure out their game. To top it all off they steal what little money we make out of our paychecks. Why not have a "performance based" Union Due!?
Looks like US Air, Southwest, Jet Blue, and hopefully Delta have figured it out and now have or will have Pilot led groups. Only line pilots know what's best for their specific pilot group.
Sounds like the next big vote should be for Pilot group leaders and structure. Followed closely by a +80% vote of NO CONFIDENCE for ALPA.
But, what do I know. I'm just a lowly regional pilot who qualifies for food stamps....I'm sorry a SNAP card. (Because food stamps was just too harsh a word according to the PC police)

They are worried. It's very evident. This video only proves the serious context of their concerns. Alpa has been working for the major pilots for some time and just expecting regional pilots to fall in line. Too much stagnation has forced people into long careers at the regionals. The largest regional in the country, a huge contributor to the war chest is telling you aren't representing us fairly. The "Screw the regional guys it's just a short term stop" plan is failing them. We are sick of our B scale wages and continued whipsaw.
It all falls on the pilots of eagle now. The XJT/ASA pilots have taken the lead for you. If you accept your agreement this the race to the bottom continues. If you don't, we draw a line in the sand. This crap will stop. I think there comes a time in a persons life where they have to look themselves in the eye, and say that the decision they are about to make is bigger then just themself. It's about the future of the profession and the pilots that will follow. Anyways, interpret it how you want.

I don't know who you work for but I have taken a stand along with 83% of my pilot group to do what is right for the whole profession. Not just for us but for whoever might come after us and those that are presently in this industry. So can you reiterate how I have failed so far?
