If a person applies for a bank loan to buy a house, the bank is going to require some sort of plan before they put their money on the line. The same could be said about AAG purchasing the 175's. No financier would loan them ~$2B (at list price) to buy 60 175's unless they had a firm plan for their deployment. Mason32 seems to corroborate this in his posts, and he has been very accurate with the information he has provided so far.
