From talking to people it seems Miami and Chicago are majority yes. NY and DFW are majority no, pretty much what was expected.

well it is a good thing that ord and mia are small compared to NY and DFW. so there majority yes is minor.

I just did an ord four day, who are you talking to? All I've heard for two months is no. Everyone's sport no gear. The fms and transponders when I get in say no. The crew room is all talks of no and Glenna recall. I was based in Miami two years and was the fo rep for 3 months, they are weighted 2/3 no.

I'd wager MIA being pretty evenly split. Majority of FO's NO, majority of CA's YES... At least from what I've experienced. Lifers fearing for their retirement.

Let me know when they're offering raises.

People also said they were voting no on the bankruptcy deal, look how that turned out. Just the people I've flown with and friends I have are who I've talked to, it's not a scientific poll I've taken by any means.

yes I know and no one here voted for the 16 year contract. I have only been able to find 10 people in 15 years who admitted to a yes vote. Yes voters hide they don't come out in public where the sun shines.

Since I haven't seen it truthfully written yet, the flow changed basically from we get half of AA's slots up to 30/month to now we get the first 30 of every month and we are guaranteed that in any year AA hires more than 360 pilots, 360 of them will be Eagle. Depending on how it's done according to the language there are situations where we could get 100% of all the spots at AA. (There are other parts to it such as annual true-ups etc but above is the basics and also these spots are not an interview or anything...we just walk into new hire class when our number comes up)

On paper it's a huge difference from version 1.0, now obviously the question is whether we believe management will actually do it. The language says they will reduce block hours in order to be able to meet the flow demands. The language is about as strong as it could be and doing the math, if Eagle does get all the slots we are promised (big IF), AA hiring to replace retirements alone will mean that few if any pilots actually hit the 4 and 12 year cap.

Again it all boils down to whether we believe that the company will make it happen.

Funny, I'm ORD based and have gotten the complete opposite feeling. I know of only 2 yes voters.
