Question:

Would you support a B pay scale at your regional airline for all new hires if it meant your regional airline would acquire new aircraft, or better qol, or better pay, or other improvements?
2001 called. SkyWest wants its Ace back.

Hence the problem with this industry today and the reason for this useless thread

Maybe it's just for the joy and prestige of having J.O. as their fearless leader?

So your saying with mainline hiring really just getting started Mesa is not going to have any staffing issues? I thought they were already having issues and were even hiring by phone and soliciting pilots who had not even applied. Why is Mesa doing so well on hiring and others having so much trouble?

I fail to see the relevance of your question, as the poll shows nearly 1 in 5 pilots think its a good idea currently.

What's wrong with you being un-American on 4th of July weekend encouraging censorship. People died fighting for things like free speech

I used to think they'd have problems but just based on even this forum alone there seems to be a staggering amount of guys flocking to These airlines despite the crappy contracts and pay... Why? There seems to be one common denominator.... New airplanes! The SJS is so blinding that the things that matter like contract and pay are evidently entirely ignored!
