So what material in the study guide was information you don't want to know as a competent pilot? You ever think there also evaluating your atitude towards haveing to study, the minute they offer you the job you become a student on their dime.

Whoa. Too bad you were never a student of grammar and spelling.

I have never heard of anyone not studying or preparing themselves as much as possible for an interview. Thanks for sparing us and not applying.

What's so bad about a skywest interview? After u get your ratings or was a CFI is when u actually knew all that crap and could go interview well. Few years of flying the line is when u need to hit the books.

Preparing or studying for an interview shows a lot about ones character and how serious they take it. Maybe it's just me, but I think that one gets out of something what one puts into it.

LOL!!!!!!

You seem like a real winner. Skywest wouldn't hire you because their recruiters weed attitudes like this out like gardeners.

The skywest interview was probably the easiest interview I've done in my life. In class now and it's pretty full. I'm happy to be here!

Should not throw stones :D

I am happy to hear you thought the interview preparation was a waste of your time. Good luck in all your future endeavors.

Crazy. I haven't been following Republic much, but are they buying their own planes or coming from a major? They talked about parking planes earlier this year, what's The-Hand-That-Feeds-Them going to do when it finds out they can't staff the planes they've been given?

Short answer: They're parking the 145s (some of which are leased) as a stopgap measure to staff the 175s coming online (which they own)
