At 250TT, I think they're happy as long as the ink on your multiengine temp doesn't rub off.

i know it takes alot of preparation and studying to make it through training at the airlines, but ive been ready for that for a long time, i've flown multiple jets as SIC and i've done transition courses for the ERJ and CRJ
do you have to have 100 hours multi with the 250 tt or just the tt and some multi?
How many jets could you have flown if you are sitting at around 250TT with less than 100 multi?

You of course had a SIC type rating or flew with a training Capt right. Logging SIC can only be done when the aircraft or operation requires more than one pilot and the pilots ared appropriatly rated.

Like flyflorida kinda explained, logging SIC means that you are an appropriately rated and trained crewmember in aircraft requiring a minimum of two pilots. To my knowledge, both the lear and hawker require the two-man crew. It sounds like you were given dual instruction, which might not even be legally loggable if you are not the true SIC in this case. Hope this helps.

You can log SIC as a safety pilot, but you still must be appropriately rated.

I have heard of a few UND and Riddle guys getting hired to fill classes at Pinnacle and ASA with around 250TT and a ME rateing. (But I have also heard that many of them are struggling and might washout.)

I don’t mean to burst your bubble but I doubt that they would hire you from RAA with that low of time.
