I voted no. Because I didn't like the 4 year cap on f/o's. They make the least money but took a big hit. With that said when PSA gets the remainder of 900's most people on property will upgrade. Nobody at PSA needs your 700's. The airplanes are only going to help those at the very bottom of the seniority list. And those people never voted for the TA. What I'm trying to say is that we don't feel like we won the lottery here. With or without the airplanes our lives will remain the same.
The winners here are all the new hires at PSA. While we struggled the last 10-15 years they will reap the rewards.

While you may get slight pay raises as larger aircraft come onto property (which helps a small group of pilots), everyone else is screwed because in our incessant "negotiations" we are told we must lower ourselves down to PSA's standards (which screws over large groups of pilots).

Yeah pretty much. More airplanes just means more new people, and more drama. This mom and pop shop doesn't feel or look the same anymore.

Okay. Pick a fight with PSA then even though it's your MEC and management that put you in this mess. Good luck to all because it'll just be ugly for everyone involved. For the record I will not deny any eagle guys but you do what you want. See how well that plays out in improving your QOL at your company especially when PSA and Envoy would be around the same size in two years. And some guys will never forget who started this crap.

Have you ever voted on a contract?
There is no way to have concrete proof of anything. Sure you could screen shot your "voting against" but once you screen shot it you can just go change to "voting in favor." Your "idea" doesn't work.
Here's another "idea", how about acting like an adult, and the professional pilot that you supposedly are?
If you deny a PSA pilot today you have an about 80% chance of denying someone that did not vote yes to our LOA. In a couple months, and especially after December you'll have more than a 90% chance of denying the wrong person.......So 9 out of every 10 times you'll be denying a person who either voted no, or wasn't on the property at the time of the vote.

Say what you want RJ. PSA didn't not vote in that crap TA to undercut anyone. They did it to save their jobs which as you can tell from yesterday's news that it wasn't an idle threat. We had 49 aircraft before the TA. You're losing 47 in a 1.5 year period so yea PSA would've shut down in 1.5 years easily. Bet you guys would let us come sling gears for you then huh?
