Did the Piedmont pilots consult with APA on this contract? Do the Piedmont pilots realize how this contract undercuts efforts of the APA to bring RJs to mainline? Do you care?

What's worse? AAG threatening to shut PDT down if they vote no versus APA wanting PDT pilots to lose their jobs so they can continue their 10 year fight from now to get RJs back to mainline. Something mainline pilots gave up to begin with which started this whole industry's race to bottom.

No AAG said even if you vote yes you might not get jets. But we will keep 20 AIRCRAFT around for 10 years and have a real flow.

They didn't have too. We couldn't get anyone to come here PERIOD. People that we did get would come and train and leave in 6 months to Compass or SkyWest. If we had voted no all they (AAG) had to do was walk away and the airline would've fell on itself in less then 2 years. Lack of Pilots and Aircraft timing out.

The Envoy pilots heard the same thing from AA management three times and all three times management came crawling back with a better offer. Each time, the Envoy pilots stood tall and I applaud them for that. We would not be having this conversation if you guys had done the same.

Why not support an effort to get the 175s at mainline? Why would you rather fly a 175 for a regional airline than at mainline?

You are going to regret voting for that contract. You had better start looking at that flow promise real closely and start familiarizing yourself with words like "if" and "may". AA like those words. They are open to all sorts of interpretation.

Enjoy the next 10 years at Piedmont.

Lawrd Jesus are we still talking about this?? Of course Piedmont wants the 175's at mainline. I'm sure Republic, Mesa, and SkyWest do also. Durrrr

Yep you turned it down twice and the last time you guys crawled back to Management for a deal and they said they had moved on. Did you know your leadership wanted to take all the 175's and all the Flow slots from PDT??

Because you guys were also looking after everyone else's "Best Interests."

What done is done...... AAG has set everything in Motion. Envoy will still be around and so will Piedmont and PSA.

Time to move on.

Aww c'mon. This was about the re-fleeting of PDT and flow to mainline. Nothing and no one else. The flow sealed up the vote, and we start right away. Prep is already being done and opt-in options laid out. This is flow
Airways style...it will be more than an infomercial, I guarantee it.
