I sincerely hope that when it comes time to vote on this you consider the coworkers who you're screwing over so you can stick it to the man and make some pointless moral stand.

anything that doesnt have hard seniority numbers for all envoy pilots is a no vote for me. 14 plus years and almost everyone in my seniority feels the same. they can keep their shiny new planes. I know its the way the chips fell, but when i signed up for this rodeo I was supposed to get my actual seniority number when I upgraded. I'm tired of seeing 27 yr old coffee getters getting hired. I guarantee their resume looks nothing like mine.

Of course, I understand many more are frightened, so perhaps it's time to give in ? Good luck. |

Well, the feeble pay raises will be more then canceled by insurance premium increases. Still has B-scale. The remaining 400 or so 824's go in the next 12 months (provided AA is running classes). The PP's get 50% (again, provided AA is running classes). 5 cent per diem increases ? ........please. Signing bonus is heavily taxed and only for first year income. Flying new, larger aircraft for essentially less.

Note from another board, stated by a union member (paraphrased) -
Shut the F up, stop negotiating in public. Any leaks of information are deliberate by the company to gauge the lowest bar. Do not engage the people trying to bend over for a deal, or the burn it down crowd. Edit: by me - remember which screen names are the leaks. Company men. |

It's not ideal, nothing will be at this point. Healthcare costs will rose regardless as they are in every other industry, thanks ObamaCare.
Yes, healthcare costs may increase. But why would you voluntarily increase your share of the premiums on top of the increase of the healthcare costs? If anything, you guys should be negotiating LOWER insurance costs because of increase healthcare costs. |
Hi Jerry!
Hi Doug! Hi Intern who was probably assigned to this thread by management! |

If you're really Envoy pilots, please stay away from AA. We don't need or want you. |
