you're an envoy "new hire" ?
Lol !!! You join last month, list yourself as a new-hire and then pontificate like a long-time envoy (eagle) veteran and expert who has this situation completely figured out ?
Lolouder !!!
You're a fake.
3200 pilots was well before any of this business with parker started, so stop falsely inflating the situation to assist in selling your agenda. The fact is that once the merger occurred, there were over 10 regionals feeding the combined entity and diversification was inevitable. To think envoy would have become the king of eagles is misguided error, but is sold by those stumping for the interests of management. Like you.
Additionally, the regional feed network will be smaller........much smaller due to the realities of the ever decreasing availability of pilots and will comprise of all larger rj aircraft in the 64-76 seat range. Look for perhaps 300 or so jets and that means the overall network will shrink by half from its present state. Divided among 3-4 feeders, that's 75-100 aircraft a piece (ultimately). Some of these feeders will merge (envoy) and others will vaporize. What everyone is seeing now is simply a temporary stopgap pawn shuffling to plug the dike holes (which is failing) while getting some additional reduction in costs.
It would behoove all those affected to look at the long-term end game big picture, instead of focusing on small, temporary acts designed to instill fud (fear, uncertainty, desperation (or doubt)). Listen to some of the dike holes here;
they claim to be scared, claim you should be scared and preach fear.
They claim disaster is all but certain on the present path and preach uncertainty.
They beg, plead and cry to the heavens that something must be done and now preaching desperation (and doubt).
Like another said, relax, take a deep breath and for god's sake, don't listen to jerry's dike holes !

Already announced by the company (and has changed several times)
Already announced by the company

So let's think this through. A few months ago, we had the opportunity to lock in 170 aircraft guarantee with NO wiggle room for management, despite Ray Igou's current lies about management having the ability to stop the flow or reduce the aircraft guarantee due to staffing.
and wrong again. Was there for the whole mess you tried to sell.
if your fleet gurantee is 40 jets; then you should refer back to your own post a few paragraphs up where you claim we get shut down with less than 70 jets... so again, put up or shut up.
actually, we really don't know what they're offering, since Glass went to go work with the APA, and has been rumored to have said the economics have changed.... again. I do know this, the enhanced flow you THINK you know about, was not a gain, it was a regression. However, nobody ever saw the final deal, so it's pointless to debate it.... yet.
Nope, and as a matter of fact, I clearly identified on the LEC teleconference that the caps were a big issue for the folks on property in the failed TA because the company had no skin in the game if the flow through stopped.
so far, I haven't seen anything in your post that wasn't already public knowledge... other than your rock throwing, your post is little more than trolling and flame bait.
Someone should please help me understand how your elected representatives have helped you. They have lost 40 aircraft from the fleet guarantee, they have lost most of the 145s, the have lost our CRJs and the promised 900s, they have lost all credibility with the APA, and they are jeopardizing the flow through for the rest of us.
There is no proposal. If you got union emails you'd already know that; but since youre a management troll, you obviously are here to spread lies and disinformation. Got news for you pal; the more you keep this crap up... the more unified this pilot group is becoming against the strongarm tactics being employed by the greediest corporation in the history of American capatalism.

It's very clear here and on the Line what the majority opinions is of our union and opinion. Union busting tactics are dead here and these type threads are pointless and further unite this group. Nice try jerry.
Put up or shut up.

The fact you guys think a multi millionaire is wasting his time on a message board with maybe 30 Envoy pilots makes me laugh.
We as pilots are as insignificant as any other labor group, accept your station in life and get used to it.

i have a question, since psa and pdt are cheaper now or appear to be then why is aag sending embraers to tsa and ejt. granted psa is slated for middle next year to start receive the crj's at envoy, but pdt is starting the embraer 145 program, and the tsa/ejt aircraft are not until mid 2015 to 2016, so i ask why are they not going to pdt? Mostly all aircraft that are to leave envoy hands are not until mid 2015, why this long?
