the trips are turns, do not layover. so the 11 days are days off, but you are home in your own bed every night.

surf and food are awesome in Panama. The salary you get qualifies you for their retirement plan in Panama, you are somewhat a citizen i have heard, anyone know the details?

Free type rating, and expat salary for a few years until you have enough time to join a legacy....can't be too shabby...
Expat salary really... Have you actually seen what they pay FOs?
