Default which regional is best for JFK/LGA based

I'm new getting into the regional airline flying and would like to get JFK/LGA based. Can I get some input on who you think is the best to fly for and why?
Thank you in advance!

Endeavor has a junior CRJ 900 base in both LGA and JFK. $20K bonus per year on top of regular pay. You will now hear from people who left when it was going through a painful period but things are looking up. Upgrades have started again and it's looking like an average of 15/mo in upgrades though the end of the year just to fill guaranteed classes at DL that endeavor CA's are going to. PM me if you have any specific questions. Be prepared you will be hearing from folks who bolted to other regionals that don't have nice things to say. As a current employee I would say to come on over, especially if you are wanting NYC bases.

I've never been one to say Endeavor (formerly Pinnacle) was a great place to be, but they have seemed to get a lot straightened out there. It's still a regional, if you can get on with even a place like Frontier or Allegiant, GO, but for a regional it's looking like the beginning of an upswing. This would be the time to jump over if you are going to.

Air wis. Great contract, good pilot group, 4 year upgrades and dropping. They should see their contract getting renewed and hopefully some growth.

My view from the outside... Endeavor is NOT formerly Pinnacle. Pinnacle did not change its name to Endeavor. Delta bought up Pinnacle-Colgan-Mesaba's physical assets, kept many of the Pinnacle employees on staff, and dumped many non-seniority list employees. Saying Endeavor is formerly Pinnacle is like saying United is formerly PeoplExpress because Continental bought the remains of PE and then years later merged with United, or saying Silver is formerly Gulfstream. Actually, maybe Silver IS Mesaba because many of their ac came from there.

In any industry it is usually safer to buy an ongoing enterprise rather than starting anew.

Isn't that the case with everyone? I couldn't imagine an NYC domicile going senior at any regional.
