What seniority do the most junior CA line holders have? About 3+ years depending on the base. How long will will the 6 month CAs be on reserve especially as FOs senior to them get their 1000 121 time and upgrade keeping them at the bottom of the CA list? Probably quite a while. Reserve at PSA results in a very poor QOL. Most of the new hires either got a line out of training or sat reserve for a week or two. They will be in for a pleasant surprise when they have to sit reserve for an extended period of time. The guys who got hired 1-1.5 years ago had excellent timing and will make out very well. Not so much for those getting hired now, depending on what their goals are.

Well you tell me, what's better being on reserve as an FO at Envoy for 7 years or on reserve as a Captain for 1 year at PSA.

I mean sh*t, I could do this all day.

Well normally when you accuse someone of being a liar you tend to bring some evidence with you to support your claim. Without it, the rest of us can only presume you are trolling.

You guys are both idiots. My friend works at envoy, been there 4.5 years. Line holder in lga. So there is your evidence.

The same can be said for outlandish statements for another carrier for which you derive most of your info from an Internet forum or the rumor mill at the rival carrier.
