this is a good idea and i agree but its almost pointless to talk about it, especially in a forum like this. take a look around as skywest, republic, eagle, psa and tsa all have recently voted in more pathetic contracts. why would any airline say we need to bump pay up to something even remotely close to 100k when pilots happily say yes to 25k/year? pretty big gap that will never come close to being closed.
