Switched to the Jetseam slim cut and haven't looked back. Only complaint is that the sleeves tend to hold wrinkles a little more that 'd like, but the shirt irons pretty well and the material is lightweight and does well in hot and humid climates. The most important part of the uniform is the undershirt IMO. With the proper fitting undershirt, your uniform shirt will stay tucked in.

How do you guys prevent the shirt and pants from getting wrinkled??do you just iron them every single day? Does the company pay for the ironing/washing? Do you do it yourself, or take it to a store to do it.

Also about the coat, how do you prevent lint from getting on it, since it seems prone to that. Just lint roller on it everytime?
Our FAs iron and prepare our uniforms every evening so we're looking sharp for the next day.

I carry Downy release spray in a small travel bottle.

I normally just take my shirt into the shower with me and the steam from the shower will unwrinkle the shirt. My pants normally don't get wrinkled but I use a cut above pants that are a little more wrinkle resistant than the company M&H pants.

Tide pens are a must have if you're gonna run 1 shirt for a 4 day.

One shirt and one pants for four days (fresh undershirts each day required). Backup uniform in the roller bag. Spray can to release wrinkles (also adds a ‘drier sheet’ smell… at least the brand I use does). Take your shirt and pants to the cleaners to wash and iron between trips.

Yeah, you’ll wish you had the Tide Pen every once in a while but my experience is that the Tide Pen is dried out when you decide you need it. Hence the backup uniform in the bag. I no longer carry the Tide Pen.

Company pays for professional dry cleaning and launder of uniform pieces.

On trips, pack clean shirt. I wear the same shirt two days (don’t iron it in between days.)

Then take out packed shirt, spray with (carried along) spray starch, iron and done. Takes all of 10 minutes.

Suit coat doesn’t seem to get a lot of lint on it.

I iron my shirts, have a steamer for my pants. Once every few months I dry clean my blazer. Shirts and pants get dumped in my washing machine between trips.

While on the trip there are irons in the room and a good steam with the shower takes the wrinkles out in a pinch.

I wear a single shirt on my 4-days as well, with a backup packed away.
