Yeah....
He loved playing the martyr card....did it for years and used it as a shield.
Simply put: He F'd up more than once. His antics online were just the very tip of the iceberg. As for sick abuse...well, there is sick abuse then there is sick abuse. No two cases are exactly the same.
All indications point to Cujo doing is best to get out of having to ever actually go to work, using all available resources including punching out on "paid union leave". After one such incident, in which he took a vacation to Disney while on "union leave" he was given a career decision day. He made his decision evidently, and this is the result.
I wish it hadn't come to this...more for the sake of his family. I wished the guy would have been removed from the Union long, LONG ago but not like this.
In any case, it's not anything that we need to continue discussing. It's bad form to air out another person's misfortune in a public place, regardless if they deserved it or not.
Lets focus on Envoy and the future. The first E-175 is already on property, flying from 3 different Regionals are returning to Envoy in droves, and there is potential for more. Upgrades are coming down, new vacancy bids will be announced soon, and the flow will continue to send 300-370 pilots per year from Envoy to American Airlines.
Lets move on people.

Right, anything other than love for your sales job is trolling. Id say lying on here constantly about Envoy in truly trolling. Where are the droves of flying returning?. How are FO's on reserve for 2+ years and yet are supposed to upgrade in 2.5? When are your reserve rules going to get fixed? Throw your company sponsored gorilla math at me to explain it all, but guess what, it doesn't pass the eye test.

I know it sucks working for one of the two worst Regionals on earth, but you don't need to project your frustrations on others.
What would you know about Reserve rules? What you hear online? That's hilarious. Tell us how Reserve at your airline works.
News flash: Envoy doesn't have to pass your "eye test". You don't need to worry about it at all, actually. But lets see you be so smug throughout 2016 as everything we talk about here materializes, including but not limited to returned flying, increased upgrades, and over 300 pilots flowing by the end of the year.
Good luck getting hired at Frontier, or Spirit, or one of the other LCCs. People who aren't dumb enough to fall for Mesa's or Republic's gimmicks will have a no-interview flow to AA while people like you are still paying big bucks out of pocket to attend job fairs just for the privilege of paying for your own hotel room during training at Frontier.
Yeah, I would be mad too.

There is no lying, kid. Only your warped perception of things.

Unless they are going to let FO's flow above Captains to American, I don't see any other way to flow to American unless its in the following order...
FO Reserve +4 years
FO Line Holder +X years
Capt Reserve +X years
Capt Line Holder +X years
Flow to American +X years (currently 16 years)
Granted I don't know all the numbers, but it seems clear you can't flow at year 5 like Cujo promised and maybe that is why he was let go?
In any event, PSA is hiring alot and I would have no problem with working with him.

While were waiting, new hires at republic will make more in their first year than a 5th year FO at Envoy. Thats not a gimmick, unlike your precious flow. That will pay your bills, your flow won't. People who need the flow to work are those who wouldn't get hired any other way, not the other way around.
They will also upgrade faster, have better reserve rules, have better bases, and once again, SIGNIFICANTLY better pay.
On one point though, you are correct. Envoy doesn't have to pass my eye test, I am already employed elsewhere. It does however have to pass the eye test of the potential new hires, who are currently seeing envoy and your promises for what they are, and taking a pass.

I think what he is saying is you currently have FO's on reserve for 4+ years. That being the case there is no way you can be a Captain at Envoy in 2.5 years if you are still an FO on reserve, let alone flow to American in 5 years if you are just finishing being an FO on reserve.
Unless they are going to let FO's flow above Captains to American, I don't see any other way to flow to American unless its in the following order...
FO Reserve +4 years
FO Line Holder +X years
Capt Reserve +X years

The upgrade times and flow are for NEW HIRES...PEOPLE HIRED TODAY. Not for people already on property.
Current Reserve time is based on what has happened at Envoy in THE PAST....specifically the past 2 years. 2013/2014. In any case, it is only in ORD that FOs are still on Reserve after 4 years.
Otherwise, many people bid Reserve ON PURPOSE for increased QOL and better schedules. Now why would people do that if Reserve was so horrible?
I know math is hard, but you are trying to reverse rationalize this any way you can. Anyone hired at Envoy from this year forward will NOT experience the same stagnation that people hired in the past have. Throw all the X numbers around you want. But there is no point...you guys want to argue about crap which has already been decided by American Airlines management and you think you know more than they do. I'm done. Enjoy your 5 flows/month over at PSA. Hope you can hold out for 20+ years.

If I understand you correctly, you are saying a new hire that is hired today will upgrade in 2.5 years? I'll accept that if you can tell me how many more years the FO's on reserve in ORD for the last 4+ years will have to wait to be Captain? Will they be upgrading in 2016?
