I never wrote anything about correcting anyone. I never keyed the mic.
For those who think they won't get caught, let me introduce you to Battle of Britain technology: There is this cool thing called "direction finding." It uses three or more stations to determine the origin of broadcast. Just use that and the ATC tapes, and you have the offending aircraft. (And when that jackass says"guaaaarrrrd" and "work work work" over and over for hours, it really wouldn't be hard to figure out.)
You guys who think this is funny, just go right ahead and let 'er rip! Sooner or later, some of you will get caught. It will be nice to know I will never see you operating my company's planes.

I never would waste time trying to correct those morons.
You just can't fix them.
Hopefully whomever is in the seat next to them will finally have enough-and strongly encourage them to just clam up.

2 things about the CVR. By the time they figure out where to look the airplane will have flown long enough to record over the offenders AND no company is going to hand that stuff over to the FAA and their union would have a hay day.

Call someone a "retard" outside this message board and YOU will be the one standing tall in front of the man.

He didn't deny being a Delta pilot, or should I say "Deltas". Probably ask for a wind check too, and if he feels the slightest bump, starts complaining to ATC, looking for a different altitude.

I want to talk to you today about the use of the "R" word in your post. You see, the "R" word is very bad. And I know a thing or two about the rights of people with disabilities. When you use the "R" word to describe people talking on guard, it can hurt people's hearts. Can you understand that at all?
