Additional 175s will arrive in 2017, but I'm not sure on the exact number.

This is true, but specific numbers on that are uncertain. We do have a lot of 700s coming off contract on the UA side (over half I believe) but the company is actively trying to find new homes for them. 7 are going to the AA side starting in April.

Just as a rule of thumb. Most regionals will be parking the same, close to the same, if not more planes, to staff their arriving planes.
The only regional I know that will be growing is Endeavor is per Delta using them as a almost sure fire way to staff their regional flying that is having issues being staffed elsewhere. My guess is that Delta would rather pay itself more money to staff the planes than pay contractors more money so they can sufficiently staff the flying.
Couple this with Delta getting the E190's and UAL and AA probably following suit, expect a major contraction across the board at all regionals. They may be seeing 70 seaters coming on board, but their 50 seat fleets will be sacrificed to staff them.
Endeavor, with Delta's announcement of wanting to increase their 50 seat feed, and Envoy's likely chance that they will end up becoming the primary feed for AA after all, seems like the safe bets to make right now. I feel a good chunk of regional flying is heading back to mainline right now as the regional staffing issue worsens.
