I know that if the 700's come to PSA, that will leave the opportunity for more of the Embraer flying to be moved from other carriers to Envoy, which would be good for Envoy and AAG as a whole. Envoy will likely be able to operate them more efficiently and cheaper at this point. It is doubtful that Republic will be able to rebound from their current situation.
Also, the movement of 700's from Envoy to PSA will save the company millions of dollars in training and maintenance. I can not see why they would be delayed a minute longer than they need to be, provided PSA can staff them (which is still to be seen).
Personally, I would like the 700's to stay at Envoy. I think that they should stay at Envoy or move to a mainline certificate (right after the 175's and 900's are moved to mainline). Shuffling them from one regional to another is just rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic. Let this damn regional system sink already and lets get on with it.

No one really knows what is going to happen with Envoy's 700's. They might come to PSA, they might not. Either way, it won't matter. Envoy had some sort of announcement that they were staying longer than planned, but AAG and PSA have said that they are not.

PSA is still growing by a lot. They want to add 500 more pilots this year, and 500 more in 2017. The Envoy 700s are still coming is what we have been told, even if it means parking 200s (which it isn't looking like we will have to for a while if at all). Was at th training center today, 20 new hire FOs in the first class of the new year and saw about 7 or 8 interviewing today.

Yup, agreed. I think they all will go to PSA eventually. Just on hold right now while you guys continue accepting more 900s. Right now we're being told for the "indefinite future." Still putting new hires in it, ordering parts, training new instructors, etc. I think 2018 has been thrown around. I'm sure you guys can attest how much AAG changes their plans too.

Are you insinuating that Commutair pilots will NOT get the opportunity to flow? And if so, what leads you to believe that?
Commutair is offering interviewees to do their CPP interview before stepping on property, so i don't see a point in doing that if they didn't intend on letting that applicant flow if they're number is called and they have built the required time.
