Death of the Regionals

Just come here to stir the status quo, and watch keyboard commandos melt down, poor skittles can't fathom a job where there are consequences for failure. Life doesn't hand you participation ribbons and " I came to work today" certificates. I come here to laugh at the next generation of pilots and get some entertainment.
The funny thing is, I was in a crew lounge and saw a f/o furiously typing and when I looked over I saw his screen name, came here and looked him up. He looked far more like the posted pic above than the rugged Steve Canyon persona he projects here. The image that came to be was one of a kid who spent his high school years plotting, how he was gonna show everyone his true inner image, whilst absentmindedly picking his nose in book club after school, waiting for his mom to pick him up(after "that" school bus incident). Good luck goobers.....

Get the f|_|ck out of the industry and make some room for people who enjoy what they're doing. You are the worst kind of person that grazes these forums. Go back to whatever hole you crawled out of and stay there.

Hmmm I would think we can all agree that standards exist for a reason. Generally we keep safety in the front of our minds (unless you are watching korean porn, than you know, whatever creams your tweenkie). But speaking of cold reality: you are piloting an aluminum tube going 500knts 40000ft above the surface, and sitting on a pile of fuel. How Safe are We Really? It is amazing that there are not more accidents.
Moral of the story, do the best you can. Sure there are folks that should not be flying, but thats reality. At the end of the day you cannot change it. So fly the safest way you can, because only you are going to prevent an accident. Not the company, union, FAA, or even the guy next to you will.
Just a thought

Your fiction might be entertaining at times, but it is indeed fiction.

Sorry Capt E.M., I call total BS on that story. You well know that the Crew Ops wifi in our crew lounges blocks APC. There's no way this alleged FO could have been on APC either on a company computer or a personal computer, not in the crew lounge. No way, no how.

Didn't think so.
Hope your reading comprehension in regards to Aircraft ops is better than your internet work.
