After year 1, they will be on captain pay, so either 58k or 63k per year with an increasing pilot group behind them. IMO CommutAir is the best choice out there for United. If you want Delta, go to 9E.

I see how you got that, but I was thinking more along the lines of $36 * 75 a month = $32,400. Throw in some extra hours of flying, and maybe $600 a month for per Diem, and you are up to $39K +15K = $54K. And not too many folks are able to get 1,000 121 time in their first year. I think the average is more like 16-18 months?
But you are correct that Commutair is about on par with Endeavor as the highest paying contract airlines out there for first-year FOs. at $54K and $57K respectively, only flying guarantee, and a CA upgrade as soon as one hits 1,000 121 time, they are the ones against other should be measured by. IFF one lives in one of their bases. The industry is definitely changing for the better. About darn time, too!

$36 per hour from day 1 at training. Basically take your hourly rate times 1000 for a rough estimate in earnings combined with per diem. So, 36k + 15k bonus = 51k.
