Anything to get people in behind you even if it's not truly good for that person, right? Selfishness for the win.

I wouldn't bank on a flow/ preferential interview unless you have some skeletons in your closet. If you do choose this route, CommutAir is possibly one of the better flows out there for you. It looks like IAH-EWR is 10 flights a day and your seniority would go up very fast with the small company doubling their fleet.
Are you trying to purposely sabotage this guy? Just wondering...

Commutair does NOT have a flow. And you are encouraging him to commute halfway across the country to another time zone just for...what exactly?

To answer the original question, American Airlines is the only one that offers a flow through...an actual flow through. Not this "preferential interview" thing that tries to get sold as a "flow" around here sometimes. And AA offers it's flow ONLY to it's 3 wholly owned airlines. Envoy, PSA, and Piedmont.

Of those three, none have that Houston base you want. The closest is Envoy up in DFW.

Flow, pref interview, you know what I mean.

Hey guys, I work for XJT if you look at my history. There is no possible way I would recommend him coming here even with the IAH base.

All I am stating is that Commute has one of the better options and his ideal location is Yo-nited in IAH. I don't know his background, so as I mentioned in my previous post if he has the credentials, he could get on with someone without a flow for a bit and bounce soon.

You guys jump to conclusions way too fast.

Fail. There's no excuse. Just don't let it happen again.

yimke,

Why wouldn't you recommend XJT where he could base at home in IAH? XJT is high on my list for basing at home in ATL. What gives? Especially if all he needs is currency and 121 experience on his resume, for a likely touch-and-go?

You added some cool gifs. That's always worth something. I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to post a gif on this forum. Good work, ole' boy.

Call me crazy, but why not try a company like Atlas that will home base you? Yes, you may be gone for 16, 17 days, but all of your time off is consecutive. When you are home, you can actually do stuff. And I am sure the 747 time would look even better to United, if you even wanted to switch still.
