One of the speakers at indoc said if a guy from another class wanted ind but got ord that we could switch. but that wouldn't be the first time we got wring information during indoc

It’s all automated now, and ORD is very senior. Not sure about FOs, but the left seat hasn’t seen a vacancy or backfill in at least a year.
Junior FO award is a 9/17 hire, so I suspect he was awarded in new hire training. Don’t expect to upgrade into ORD though, because junior captain is over 10 years.
