Again, right now, reserves are flying a lot. That's likely going to get worse before it gets better unless we start hiring out of our minds.

Reserve fluctuates. There have been periods with people blocking 40 to 50 then there have been periods with people blocking 100 - 110 getting used every reserve day. Republic is up there on places to go if you want to be used on reserve. Sorry, can't get anymore specific that.
