Agreement? This is a full-on screw job. This deal seems wretched to say the least.

The DO is now telling guys in recurrent that 18 aircraft are being leased to “competitors” so that they aren’t just sitting around.

Mike Dee still the DO over there at republic? Even he might want to start putting apps out after the latest turd of a contract they are making new hires sign! Anyone who signs that is passing up years at at major. Smells like desperation and even mesa hasn’t even tried this! It’s almost comical, run from this sinking ship! Hopefully you get a class date at the majors Mike! Good luck to all still there

Well, two classes already have signed this agreement apparently. Tough for them, first class had it sprung on them during ATP CTP.

Apparently they were given the contract during ATP/CTP and were told if they don't sign it then they don't have a job and have to repay the company for the course. Sounds hella illegal. Run away fast.

We wanted posters during training so that we can practice flows in our hotel rooms. He said they are not free. When we told this to a FlightSafety guys they told us that they would hand them out to Republic by hundreds so that they can distribute them to the new hires. That tells you right there what kind of a person he is.
