You should pay more attention to him. His wild predictions from earlier this year about how RAH is going down the drain quick and how terrible it is here have all been proven... uh, false. They must get the inside scoop over at PSA. Quick, someone ask when we'll all be hired at mainline!!!

As someone who has been sitting (unused) on reserve at ORD, I can tell you it's a year minimum. With the certificate merger and staffing outlook, I'm expecting it to be longer. Anything can change, but as of now that's an honest prediction.

I wouldn't think to much of it as a lot of people are probably postponing for after the holidays. That's what I'm doing.

What is the interview process like at RAH currently and the best gouge I can get. How difficult is it to get EWR,LGA right out of training and holding it as thats where I am from.

EWR and LGA should be easy to get, most new hires have been going to EWR.
