In an effort to have a seemless transition, After Delta landed on the taxi way, Northwest Overshot MSP. Now that is a definition of a true merger.

This will be the next news article on Delta landing on the taxiway. "She used to work for an unsafe regional airline, Delta first officer lands on a taxiway in Atlanta"

Top Gun was not the Air Force, it was a military service, the US Navy.

It's too expensive to bring the regionals to mainline standards. So they're bringing mainline to the regional standard.

Republic actually thought of it first.

Delta used to have a preference for hiring ex-Navy types BTW. Also ever noticed what military service the uniform looks like? It certainly isn't an Air Force type of uniform.

Just glad that it was not connection airlines for a change.

This is all.

this thread needs to be deleted. how short sighted. we all make mistakes, and this thread does nothing show divide between pilots.

why are you glad it wasn't connection? so we don't look crappier than we already are? yeah hopefully some mainline flight will splatter somewhere so we can feel even loftier.
