If it happened today, it doesn't seem like winds were a factor. Looking at the reported winds for the last 12 hours show the highest reported @ 8 knots.

No--not FNGs at all.

Given the low prevailing winds and no significant weather, there are a variety of factors that can't be ruled out--none of us has any data on the mechanical state of the aircraft, the physiological condition of the crew, any human factors issues present, the CVR/FDR/FOQA data, etc..

It is extremely bad karma and extremely unprofessional to pass judgment on fellow pilots, especially when no one even knows what happened yet.
