At some point in any business negotiation, there is something that can be offered to make a compromise.
For you, what is it that would cause you to consider it? It might be unrealistic... but there is something. I'm curious what that "something" is for the United pilots on here.
I get the whole "any relaxation is a No vote" tone here. But what would it take to have you at least consider it?
