I got the congratulations email, it said they will reach to me soon for phone screen , do you guys know how that is done and what it consist of?

You'll get another email with a link to schedule the phone screening. They'll call you and verify information off your application and chat with you for a few minutes. It takes 15 minutes tops.

Does anyone know how long it takes to receive the follow up email to schedule the phone screening after receiving the initial congratulations email? I got the first email just before 1700 on Monday.
