Received my Phase 2 email 2 days ago! Super stoked. Does anyone that's come on board recently remember how long it takes for them to send the background check/drug screen email after receiving the Phase 2 email? I saw in the Phase 2 email that once you receive the drug screen email you have 7 days to get it done. Somewhat worried as I'm about to head out on a 9 day work trip tomorrow morning, and I'd hate to get it in the next couple days where that 7 day window would end before I get home. Previous employers have done my drug screens during the interview process, so I wasn't worried about having a trip scheduled right after my interview.

Pesky logbook question, sorry in advance. The interview email states “aircraft type and registration required.” I had to rebuild about 8 months of my logbook from a regional I left in 2019. I jumped around every department trying to get registration and some city pairings that were missing. They say it’s required but I physically cannot get that info. The rest of my logbook is digital and adds up perfect. Any suggestions? I have the emails of my company logs and the emails saying that no one has that info from the regional.

So I guess you didn’t log those missing flights, including tail number, but got a print out from the company with hours flown, but not all the pertinent info.
If true, options are:
Leave missing info open , and be ready to explain that you did fly that time, but didn’t keep an accurate log yourself.
Don’t count the flight time that you don’t have all info for from your logbook, and be ready to explain why your total time doesn’t match your application.
If there’s a good reason you had to rebuild your logbook, like your house burned down with everything in it, I would go with the first, if you exceed the required flight times by a good amount, I would go with the second.
caveat, I’m not with JB (but they did buy me), and my last interview was a decade ago.

I didn’t log tail numbers from my current regional or my current LCC… no email to interview yet but wonder if I should get cracking on figuring those out so I’m not scrambling… but no one ever gave me a hard time about not logging tail #s…

“don’t log the time if it’s seen as a crime”?

I got invited to interview. Was given some dates and times and replied back to the invite email with my preference. It’s been 24 hours and haven’t heard anything while all my other emails were answered within 24 hours. I need to book my own flights so I would like the confirmation soon so I can book now while the prices are still low.
How long does it take to get the confirmation and new hire interview paperwork?

I'm sure I'll get laughed out of the forum for this one...
I got an invite to interview for September. I don't have my ATP. I know the job requires it, but I don't recall ever being asked in the application process. Furthermore, my resume clearly states I only hold a commercial. Did I just slip through the cracks?
