If you want the PIC time, the check, and the flow in your back pocket then it’s not a bad gig. Especially if you’re looking at a long/no upgrade situation getting into a place where every day puts you closer to AA no matter what is attractive. Understand that airlines run on seniority, some folks here don’t get that somehow.

I wouldn't put too much stock in the PIC time draw. Perma reserve and our low time lines, I wouldn't count on much more than 300 hours of PIC in a year.
Now, if you live in Chicago and want to make min guarantee at below industry average rates while hanging out in O'Hare, with flow in your back pocket, this is the place for you.

Quote: Its almost as if my prophetic warnings are coming true, careful though you wouldn't want to "tell" anyone what to do.

I will once again say it, dont come here as a DEC unless you want any of the following.

1. Bottom of a Captain Seniority list for several years as all of our current FO's upgrade and continually keep you down.

2. Years of reserve, often the worst kind at airport standby.

3. Most likely not your aircraft of choice.

4. Excessive time away from home as a commuter.

If you like or want any of that, go for it, but then we need to factor in the new info.

1. Pretty much industry leading low pay.

2. Company that is hostile to its pilot group.

3. New hire flow times are well above 7 years.

4. Moving target over what the company will terminate you for.

So I am not "telling" any pilot what to do, but I would look long and hard and the reality of things before getting blinded by that large check. This company gives nothing away out of the goodness of its pilot group so imagine how bad it must be to offer such a large check.
Have you ever had any other job as a pilot? Have you ever worked for any other 121 operator? I doubt that or else you wouldn’t be posting this. If you are with Envoy, why not apply with Silver Airways? I will guarantee you’d come back to Envoy within a week asking for your job back...

There are better places and worse places to work than Envoy. That was a totally meaningless post, you may as well have said "I dislike your opinions."

DECS train has left the station unless you are hellbent on getting that 121 PIC time at any cost. In general, you are better off now to go to PSA with their new pay rates ...

A FO makes more over there now in their first 2 years than our 1 or 2 year DEC's, minus the sign on bonus, if you do get the full amount.

What the hell are you talking about? If you can dispute anything I said go for it.

Quote: Concerning DECS and the 175, they were awarded the 175 in ORD as of the last bid. I would expect more will switch with the current bid as the fleet is growing.
Where is American on scope with 76 seaters? Are they adding airframes or swapping out 900’s from other carriers?

There we go you are starting to learn. However, you still sound like you are new to the 121 world and have no perspective. Let me guess 175 FO millennial and been at Envoy less than 12 months?

Can you really call it a prophecy if everyone else has been saying it too??

Wrong on all accounts but one. Nice way to mass label everyone though as if you fly the e75 you are incabable of rational thought or empathy for your fellow pilots. I would have expected more from you on that one.

I will ask again, since throughout this entire thread I have been asking people to disputed what I have said and pretty sure it hasn’t happened.

Is anything I am saying incorrect based on our companies current standing? Yes a prophecy as it seems every time I have said it I get flackfor it as if people are just blind to the reality.

If I am right why label someone a millennial E75 FO with no experience? What would any of that matter if I am correct?

Seems as though you are trying to discredit what I am saying by passing false judgments and buzz words around.
