I’m on pace for $60k for first year pay. I commute and don’t pick up anything.

If you live in base on rsv and they don't use you, pick up trips on your days off. This all goes on top of guarantee. realistically, you can credit over 85+ and only work 6-7 days a month depending on how much you get called.

I thought the training pay used to be posted on the main APC blurb, but it is no longer there. I also read the whole thread, but didn't see an answer...

Is training pay first year guarantee at Frontier? If not, what is it?

I see from early in this thread that there is neither per diem nor paid hotel during training, so paying guarantee makes more sense than what some other companies offer.

By the time hiring resumes, I'm sure things will change, but what are the hire dates for junior FO and junior lineholder FO at MCO, PHL, and ORD?

75 hours a month, which is guarantee while in training.

How long is reserve a and what base is junior?
I’m able to move to any base- wherever I can hold a line quickest would be nice.

If you get hired on during the start of next year I’m guessing reserve wouldn’t be long at all. For the most junior pilots I’m guessing it’s 7-10 months before holding a line because of the 6 month pause in hiring. It may be even more.
All bases for a FO are attainable within a few months. PHL is definitely the junior base though. Denver by far the most senior. LAS, MCO, and ORD are pretty similar seniority wise.

Denver may be senior on the Captain side, but it seems really junior on the FO side now. My entire class minus a couple got Denver.

I am a march hire, no one in our class has been able to get LAS and there are at least three trying. Everyone else got their base of choice within a month of finishing IOE. Some held lines in PHL the first month but then got pushed down by senior FOs transferring in...probably for upgrade. A few are holding relief lines in DEN. It’s hard to say what will happen when they open a new base. They have said that flying would come from DEN...

And Reserve A is 3am-1:30am, extendable to 5pm
