Bid Awards range from 12-20 or 21 in a 31 day month. Average is usually 15 +\- half a day. At month’s end, guys that don’t want to work could wind up with 22 or 23, the guys that are picking up everything could be as low as 3 or 4. Credit per duty period was around 5:45 for July. All depends on your priorities.

I have not credited less than 105 hours this year and my least amount of days off has been 14. It’s all about working the system.

But you must be a line holder and live in base - correct?

I agree with working the system, But it’s just not feasible for all 1400 of us to be able to do it. - Especially commuters.

I live in base on reserve and credited 110 ish for June. Unfortunately they started using me a lot on my reserve days and I’m beat. I don’t plan on working that hard anymore.

My 2 cents.

I’ve heard rumors that the FAA came down hard on frontiers training. Any truth to this?

Not sure why, this company does not do many things right, but I would argue training is top notch.

I highly doubt this.

I believe our training is probably the last thing the FAA is worried about

Typical internet rumors. The faa had looked into the fire training that was being provided at dia. They modified one thing. It will require a bit of training for some people.

Does anyone believe that classes won’t resume until December? I’ve heard several rumors about them starting back up in September.
