Your pay rates are miles behind us. Both wide body and 737 (didn’t even know you had 73s). And will still be miles behind in 2025 when you reach the final scheduled increase. That even assumes that AA will have the same contract in 2025 and you’re still miles behind.

When a Crew Member uses a sick Day, the Crew Member will be credited and paid 3.76 hours per Day up to the applicable Minimum Monthly Guarantee in accordance with Article 14.C.
What’s your monthly min guarantee? 64 hours. Ouch. Yea I know you have some provision for an Out-Base thing but by the sounds of it you’ll be on the road a month+ straight.
