Thanks Mike734, the tread was getting kind of old.

I have worked for the federal government full time. Sell crazy somewhere else. 15 days of PAID military leave. 6 hours of vacation per pay period. Always compensated either with time or money for overtime. I was a GS-13. Retirement at 57 with FERS. 1% of top 3 salary years, SS, and 5% matching TSP. Go ahead tell me I'm wrong on any of this. Oh yea, tell me why the responsibility of a controller deserves 160,000 but a Captain with 300 people on board does not. By the way the Captain is the FINAL authority on any aircraft as you know. I.E. the controller has no authority whenever the Captains determines that. So, in turn, the controller actually has little final responsibility. Go ahead.
