Nothing concrete, but I've heard that the hold up is with AAG in Dallas. PDT management is supposedly just as eager for an announcement because they feel it will help with recruitment, but AA hasn't finalized the new regional route shuffle and is ultimately in the driver's seat on this one.

Same reason PSA hasn't announced a new base yet. Looking like BNA for us though.

Purely out of curiosity, are the CA pay rates on APC accurate?

Nope...this year dash 300 CA range from 56-88 depending on years of service topping off at end of contract at 97.

100 range from 51-78 based on YOS and end of contract at 85.

New base announcement aside, is there any seat lock for new hires in the Dash with the 145s coming around the end of this year?

No seat lock until the first RJ get into revenue. So any FO's hired now until that time can easily bid over to the jet.

If a PHL or LGA base is announced, I will be looking to apply in the fall. Currently have 2000+ hours in jets and 121 jet time. Can I get hired right into the 145?

5 years is pretty accurate as of right now. There are approximately 285 pilots left on the current list. If 20 percent of that list decline flow or are ineligible at 36 per year you are around 4.8 years for the most junior eligible pilot. As we grow, flow increases to 48 and 60 per year at 475 and 600 pilots respectively, if we can attract that many. Upgrades will soon be at 2 years or slightly less.
