I am one hour below the GS trigger and was awarded a GS. The pay for the trip equals 10:30 in the activity section of time card and the GS pay part shows 9:30.
I believe this means I will only receive 20 hours of "total" pay instead of the 21? I understand I can use my bank but I am negative 30, so thats Moot.
Just want to make sure I get "some" of the GS pay, instead of nothing until I hit the GS trigger. Thinking it's a equal reduction in GS pay for each hour underneath the trigger….
experts?
You will receive 1 hour pay and credit to get you to the trigger. The rest will be double pay/no credit (the remaining 9.5 hours).Originally Posted by boog123

So you are correct. Also, don't forget that GS accounting is not done until the end of the month. You have until then to WS, swap with the pot, or get a swapboard transaction to add time to your month. Then your entire GS will pay double.
I knew guys awhile back who would start the month with zero (easier to do in our old line of time system). They would then get a high time GS to start the month, then spend the rest of it WSing easy turns, etc up to the GS trigger.
