I have read several of the other post on the merger but no one has really said what they think would happen IF they had to merge the seniority list. My understanding is that it would go to carrier expectations, since all F9 are flying narrow bodies and all RAH are flying RJ's I would guess that all F9 would be senior to all RAH. And all Mid guys would be zippered in with RAH since they are only flying 717 now, and all Mid guys on furlough would be stapled to the bottom just like the US air award. What do you all think???
ALSO I would think that the pay for RAH 190 would come up because that is getting pretty close to the capacity of the 318 and we all know the rates would not get any lower.
