New bonus programs in effect ("beyond the call of duty" bonus, pilot referral bonus, team bonuses)

Typical Navajo flying is anywhere from 4 to 6 days of flying a week. Metro schedules are fairly mainstream regardless of route. It's the typical UPS schedule. You'll find it at any UPS feeder. Monday night through Saturday morning. AM work is from 5am to 7-9am and PM work is from 6pm to 9pm. You get your rest at the outstation.
Navajo pilots can expect to live and be based in Denver. For Metro pilots, I would STRONGLY consider moving to your outstation than living in Denver. You'll save yourself a lot of heartache and time than trying to commute.
Typical upgrade time from Navajo to Metro is 1 year (hence if you cannot upgrade in one year, your agreement will be over and feel free to leave.) 2 years minimum of flying the Metro before flying on our passenger subsidiary, Denver Air Connection. DAC aircraft consist of Metroliners, EMB-120 (Brasilia,) and the new DO-328JET. Plans are to add more EMBs and DO-Jets in the near future.
The unpopular SIC program is no longer being utilized. We had 2 pilots come through in the last couple months and after they finished, the program was disbanded. You will NOT have to fly with an SIC and "train" them.
I know there is a lot of hate on the interwebz for this company. With our new management, they are trying very hard to make this company a good place to work. Our CP and DO were both former line pilots. They know what it's like to be out there busting ass to get the job done. If you have a problem or a concern, they take care of it immediately. So much of what you have read or heard from people, even if they did work here even 2 years ago, is no longer viable. I will be open to answering any questions.
